Terms of Service

Profit Guarantee for Purchase of 20,000 Leads

NOTE: Our Standard Terms of Service applies to the purchase of leads, and must be read and understood by the client before proceeding. However it is not as important as the terms described on this page.

1.     CLIENT agrees to allow SITE PROMOTIONS to modify any aspect of his/her sales material, sales processes, web site(s), and/or anything required to generate sales, clients and/or customers.

2.   CLIENT may maintain his/her original content (such as web sites & sales material), however, only material written, modified and approved by SITE PROMOTIONS may be utilized for the "guaranteed profit promotion".

3.   If CLIENT fails to profit from the promotion, CLIENT's financial statements must be provided to SITE PROMOTIONS who will refund the difference between the price of CLIENT's lead purchase, and CLIENT's turnover.

(So if you purchased $10,000 worth of leads, but generated only $5,000 in sales, we'd give you $5,000 back. We do not take into account your expenses, other than what you paid for the leads)

4.   SITE PROMOTIONS will not reimburse CLIENT for any refunds and/or charge backs requested by his/her clients and/or customers.

(In other words, it is not our responsibility if your customers don't like your product and request a refund. Any refunds you give are not to be deducted from your total turnover for the promotion)

5.   Prior to the promotion commencement, SITE PROMOTIONS will submit any changes of CLIENT's sales material, sales processes, web site(s), and/or anything required to generate sales, to CLIENT for approval.

6.   If CLIENT and/or SITE PROMOTIONS do not agree on any modifications, or aspect of the promotion, SITE PROMOTIONS will provide a full refund, minus the fees required to provide the refund. Such fees are no greater than 6% of the total purchase price of the leads.

7.   For this agreement to be effective, a minimum purchase of 20,000 leads at $0.50 each must be made by CLIENT.

8.   Within 30-60 days of submission of full payment, SITE PROMOTIONS will have evaluated and modified CLIENT's sales material, sales processes, web site(s), and/or anything required to generate sales. Upon completion of preparation, the promotion will begin within 7 days.

9.   Within 10 days of the promotion's completion, CLIENT must notify SITE PROMOTIONS of any financial losses.

10.  For the duration of the promotion, SITE PROMOTIONS reserves the right to modify CLIENT's sales material, sales processes, web site(s), and/or anything required to generate sales, clients and/or customers.

11.  The duration of the promotion is determined by the time taken to generate the required volume of leads.

12.  Upon submission of payment, SITE PROMOTIONS will begin preparation for the promotion. Following the commencement of preparation, CLIENT agrees that he/she is only entitled to a refund under conditions set forth in this agreement.

13. CLIENT agrees that upon the commencement of the promotion, SITE PROMOTIONS will deliver the said volume of leads (and/or any other form of advertising) regardless of the time frame required to deliver the required volume. Once the promotion commences, both parties are obligated to continue the promotion without withdrawal, regardless of reasons.
